3. Products and Pricing

All prices listed on our website are in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are offering to purchase a product subject to these terms. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing or product description, or suspected fraud.

We accept payment via PayPal and Venmo. All payments are processed securely through these platforms. We do not store your payment information.

5. Custom Orders

For custom neon sign orders, you must own or have the legal right to use any design, logo, text, or artwork you submit to us. By submitting a design, you confirm that you have all necessary rights and permissions. Neonify is not responsible for any intellectual property infringement resulting from custom orders where the customer provided the design.

Custom orders are confirmed only after you approve the final quote and complete payment. Once a custom order is in production, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

6. Accuracy of Information

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on our website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or any other circumstances beyond our control. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

9. Warranty

All Neonify neon signs come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or modifications. Our warranty obligations are limited to repair or replacement of defective products, at our sole discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neonify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our website or products.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs — is the property of Neonify and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.
