What sizes are available?
Our neon signs come in 4 standard sizes: 12" Wide ($89), 16" Wide ($109), 20" Wide ($129), and 24" Wide ($159). All sizes are available in 8 color options.
What colors are available?
Every sign is available in 8 colors: Warm White, Cool White, Pink, Ice Blue, Red, Purple, Golden Yellow, and Mint Green.
Can I order a custom neon sign?
Yes! Simply visit our Custom Order page, upload your design, logo, or text artwork, and we will send you a price quote within 24 hours. No payment is required until you approve the quote.
What file formats do you accept for custom orders?
We accept PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, and AI files. For best results, please provide a high-resolution file (at least 300 DPI). Vector formats (SVG, AI) are preferred for clean, crisp results.
Can I see a preview before my custom sign is made?
Yes. Once you submit your design and approve the quote, we send you a digital mockup of your sign for approval before we begin production.
Are your neon signs real neon or LED?
Our signs use premium LED neon flex — not traditional glass neon. LED neon is safer, more energy-efficient, lighter, and more durable than glass neon while delivering the same stunning visual impact.
Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
We offer a flat rate shipping of $8.00 on all orders within the United States. No hidden fees.
How long does delivery take?
Here is a full breakdown of our delivery timeline:

Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) begin processing the same business day. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship all over the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use the tracking number on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to follow your package.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@neonify.store with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for standard (non-custom) products in original, unused condition. Custom signs are final sale unless defective. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Installation & Usage
How do I install my neon sign?

Are LED neon signs safe indoors?
Yes. Our LED neon signs run cool to the touch, use low voltage (12V DC), and consume up to 80% less energy than traditional glass neon. They are 100% safe for home, business, and events.
How long do LED neon signs last?
With normal use, our LED neon signs are rated for up to 50,000 hours of continuous operation.
Can I use my sign outdoors?
Our signs are designed for indoor use. If you need an outdoor sign, please contact us before ordering so we can advise on the appropriate product.
Warranty & Support
Do your signs come with a warranty?
Yes — every Neonify sign comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and electrical failures under normal use.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Email us at support@neonify.store with your order number and a description or video of the issue. We will resolve it within 1–2 business days.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and Venmo.
